How many hours do you need for setup?

Depending on the service selected, setup times may vary. For full-service decor, we require a minimum of 3 hours. For Airbnb setups and balloon services, we require a minimum of 2 hours. This ensures we have enough time to properly install your decor and leave in a timely manner before any guests arrive.

How do I secure my date?

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure the date of your event. Dates are not held without payment. If the retainer is not received and another client inquires about the same date, the date will be offered to the client who completes the booking first.

Do I receive a contract or invoice?

Yes, all clients receive both an invoice and a contract. This ensures that all parties clearly understand what services will be provided and what is expected on both sides.

What if the quote is out of my budget?

We always strive to bring your vision to life using quality products and thoughtful planning. While your event may be one day, it often takes days, weeks, and sometimes months of preparation behind the scenes to execute it properly. If needed, we can discuss adjustments to the design to better align with your budget while still maintaining the quality of our work.

How can I pay the retainer?

We kindly ask that no payment be sent until a contract has been signed and the invoice has been reviewed. Payments can be made via Zelle, or by debit/credit card through HoneyBook for your convenience.

What areas do you service?

We proudly service Broward County, Miami-Dade, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event. ⸻ Do you offer delivery, setup, and pickup? Yes, delivery, setup, and pickup are included in your quote when applicable.

Are retainers refundable?

All retainers are non-refundable. The retainer secures your event date, reserves inventory, and covers the time spent planning and preparing for your event. ⸻ When is the final balance due? The remaining balance is due prior to the event date, as outlined in your contract. ⸻ Can I make changes? Yes, changes can be made depending on availability.
